Our team of Western hat aficionados will personally size and fit each guest, guaranteeing a snug and authentic fit. Then, they'll witness the magic as their hat is expertly steam-shaped into a bespoke masterpiece.
Bandana Bling
Bandanas come in all sorts of colors: solid, paisley, and patterned, but do you really want to look like everyone else? With our Bandana Bling Station, guests become their own designer. Designing a unique accessory, people will rave about for events to come.
Tables adorned with rhinestones in multiple patterns and styles, for guests to choose the composition of their bandana. Facilitators will heat press the design onto the bandana, creating the guest’s unique accessory!
Bath Bombs
Escape the hustle and bustle with a splash of luxury! This experience will create an evening of effervescent delight after a day filled with meetings. This activity gives each guest a pre-measured cup of Bath Bombs Base Mix with an array of Essential Oils, Soap Coloring, and Dried Flowers for guests to craft their own personalized, one-of-a-kind bath experience.
Once done, our facilitators will help guests fill the Reusable Bath Bomb Mold with their mix and bag with a Recipe card for future at-home projects.

BBQ Rub
Combine creativity with culinary skill in this spicy activity. Guests will have the opportunity to bond over their favorite meals and recipes while creating their best barbeque rub from scratch.
Individually, they will prepare and blend their favorite barbecue spices to pair perfectly with chicken, pork, vegetables, or beef.
They have the choice of either selecting a card that has a specific recipe of Sweet or Savory BBQ rub, listing the herbs and spices, or creating a custom rub while checking off which spices they’ve included.
With the help of staff, they will then scoop each spice listed on their card into their 4 oz sealable jars, working their way to the end of the line. The client will also get the option for custom labeling on jars and recipe cards, with a choice of 2 colors to distinguish the Sweet and Savory recipes.
Once they have gathered their selections into their jars, it will sealed for continued freshness and bagged for safe travels home. Guests are encouraged to use them on their dishes and taste their savory or sweet selection for weeks to come.
Bespoke Blues
Everyone loves a blue jean jacket so why not make it a custom piece for your wardrobe? Guests will choose their jean jacket and personalize it with a variety of fun and retro patches, pins and scattered rhinestones.
This activity is all about creativity, self-expression, and leaving with a one-of-a-kind keepsake that reflects the individual’s own style.
Leather Branding
“Don’t try to understand ’em, just rope, throw and brand ’em”. It’s a time-honored tradition dating back to the Old West and well beyond to mark your property with hot steel. With our Leather Branding Station, guests will have a choice between Leather Coasters, Luggage Tags, Texas Shaped Key Ring and Teardrop Shaped Key Rings. The specially trained facilitators will fire brand your guest’s item with their monogram and create a special gift to take home!
Leather Stamping
With our Leather Stamping Station, guests from around the world will have the opportunity to take home a little piece of Texas culture. Guests will have a choice between Leather Coasters, Luggage Tags, Texas Shaped Key Rings and Teardrop Shaped Key Rings. Once they’ve chosen a leather piece, our trained facilitators will help them begin whacking away! With multiple character fonts and symbols each guest will be able to make their very own custom take home.
Trucker Hats
Bring a fun, creative and unique experience to your event with our Trucker Hat Bar! Participants can unleash their inner designer by customizing their own stylish trucker hat with a variety of patches, chains, and pins.
With a wide array of hat colors and decorations to choose from, every attendee can create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that showcases their personality and provides a memorable keepsake from the event. Guests will choose from 12 different categories of patches and pick up to 6 patches for their hat plus a hat chain and a pin. Will you go retro with a space themed hat or hear the nature with flowers and butterflies.
Vintage Hats
The Vintage Hat Bar elevates your event with an interactive experience that combines fashion, excitement, and personalization in one unforgettable package.
Your guests will love browsing through the array of colors, choosing one that fits their style and personality. With the hat customized with their initials through fire-branding, each guest will feel truly special. The creativity doesn't stop there—they'll cap off their experience by decorating their hat with a rich selection of scarves, leather bands, feathers, brooches, and other charming adornments. Guests will choose from 6 hat colors, a leather band or choice of ribbons, a brooch or pin, up to 2 feathers and extra adornments, from cards to match books, branded letters and misc. vintage pieces.
